Judith has been in the hair industry for over 25 years, both behind the chair and in front of a classroom. She is well versed in many forms of coloring and cutting techniques, and she prides herself on building close, trusting relationships with her strong and loyal following. As an innovative business owner alongside her partner, Delilah Smith, Judith is always looking ahead. When she’s not behind the chair, she’s dreaming up new ideas to take the client experience above and beyond. Outside the salon, you’ll find Judith spending time with her grandchildren.

After many years as a teacher and administrator in both secondary and post-secondary education, Delilah decided it was time for a new adventure — and found it right here at Emerge Salon and Novelty Shoppe.

As owner and manager, Delilah runs the behind-the-scenes operations, making sure everything flows — from scheduling and finances to systems, and the little details that keep the salon (and novelty shoppe) thriving. Together with her partner, Judith Ring, they have created a space where beauty, creativity, and social justice come together. Delilah’s passion for community and inclusion is at the heart of everything Emerge does, including merchandise that gives back to social causes.

Noel is a true cornerstone of the salon. She has stood beside the owners through thick and thin, and her loyalty, talent, and heart have helped shape who we are today. With over ten years in the hair industry, she brings experience and creativity to every appointment. Noel’s passions span a wide range: unique cuts, fun colors, beautiful updos, and extensions. Whatever you’re looking for, her goal is always the same — to make you look and feel like YOU!

In her spare time, Noel loves going on adventures with her husband, their two girls, their pups Bella and Honey and their cat Tobias.

Kelly has been in the hair industry on the seacoast for 38 years!  She loves to do lived-in color to enhance your every day go-to look. Her specialty is in razor cuts where her creativity can shine and create the perfect texture to enhance your style! Kelly is dedicated to creating a long-lasting relationship with her clients and is looking forward to having you in her chair!
When not in the salon you can find Kelly spending time with her grandkids, enjoying a ride on her motorcycle with her husband, and also loves a good concert!

Harmony is passionate about helping each client express their true self through bold, beautiful hair. She specializes in vivid color and hair extensions, creating everything from vibrant, head-turning shades to seamless, natural-looking length and volume. Whether you’re dreaming of a full rainbow, a pop of color, or longer, fuller hair, Harmony brings creativity, precision, and care to every appointment. Jesse has been in the beauty industry for 8 years with a majority of her career being on the Northshore of Mass. Jesse specializes in short cuts, mullets, and shags, with texture being one of her favorite parts of a haircut. When it comes to color, Jesse loves foiling you to platinum as much as she loves giving you a natural color with an easy grow out! In her time away from the chair, Jesse is a ballet dancer and you can often find her on walks with her husband, puppy Bougatsa, and their baby!

Kaylee is an experienced stylist with 6 years in the industry, specializing in cuts, colors, and styling, including blonding and highlighting. She provides comprehensive hair and nail services, ensuring client satisfaction through her expertise as a licensed cosmetologist. When she is not behind the chair, she is enjoying time with her two toddlers.
