Life Happens Policy
We understand that life happens, and appointments sometimes must be canceled. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know 24-hours or more in advance.
When Scheduling
Due to the high demand of our team, we require a credit card to secure all reservations. Credit cards are stored securely and encrypted through our trusted booking software.
Your credit card will not be charged unless you cancel with less than a 24-hr notice or no notice at all.
When Cancelling
Appointments canceled 24-hours or more in advance will not be charged and the deposit will be refunded.

No Fee if cancelled 24-hours or more in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than 24-hours of notice or no notice at all will be subject to the following:

100% of the cost of service(s) booked for a no show.
